Multiple submissions There is no limit to the number of entries per person throughout the period, but participants must enter each day's competition individually and can share once per day per account.
General Terms & Conditions:
Competition Period: The competition runs from 1st December to 25th December 2024. All entries must be received within this period.
Eligibility: Open to any nationality for people aged 18 or over. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to participate but if your gift is a physical item it must be picked up from the hotel – we will not deliver.
Prize Draw: Prize winners will be randomly selected each day. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
Prize Availability: Prizes (where booking dates are applicable) are subject to availability and may be substituted.
Prize Redemption: Prizes must be claimed by 30th September 2025 and may require booking in advance, subject to availability.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to have their social media handle and posts used in promotional material for Treehouse Hotel London.

TERMS OF ENTRY
1. Organiser: The competition is organised by Treehouse Hotel London, located at 14-15 Langham Place, London, W1B 2QS. The competition is open to both hotel guests and general public.
2. Competition Period: The Advent Calendar competition will run from 1st December to 25th December. All entries must be made within this period.
3. Eligibility: The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Guests do not need to physically visit the Treehouse Hotel London to participate but if it is a physical prize they need to be in London to pick up from the hotel, no prizes will be physically mailed, email only.
4. Prize Draw: Prizes will be won at random by entrants who post as per the entry instructions. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the daily draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
5. Prizes: Behind each door of the Advent Calendar will be a selection of prizes, including but not limited to hotel stays, dining experiences, luxury goods, gift vouchers, exclusive offers, and Treehouse Hotel branded merchandise. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize behind each door is subject to availability and may be substituted with another item of equal or greater value at the discretion of the organisers.
7. Publicity: By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their social media handle going into and social media post in promotional material by Treehouse Hotel London for a period of 12 months after the competition ends.
8. General Terms: Treehouse Hotel London reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Treehouse Hotel London reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent or does not comply with these terms and conditions. The competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
PRIZE T&Cs
Prize Availability: Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with another of equal or greater value.
Non-Cashable: All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize Redemption: The winner must redeem the prize before by 30 September 2025 and may need to make a reservation for certain prizes, such as hotel stays or dining experiences.
Travel Costs: Any travel expenses associated with claiming the prize (e.g., transportation) are the responsibility of the winner.
Prize Limitations: Some prizes may have blackout dates or restrictions (e.g., hotel stays may be subject to availability). These will be listed on the post/
Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen at random. If the winner does not collect their prize by March 2025 the prize will no longer be available.
Prize Modification: Treehouse Hotel London reserves the right to amend or withdraw any prize at any time without prior notice.
